Constance E. "Connie" Edwards,
President/Owner
BCG's mission is to be

During her 19-year career in the legal and financial industries,
Connie Edwards' mission has been to promote the highest
degree of compliance excellence in the organizations with
which she has worked.
In addition to her banking and compliance expertise, Ms.
Edwards is also a dynamic trainer known for making
compliance training interesting and relevant to her audiences.
Post-training evaluations, including testing, prove the
effectiveness of her training programs.
Ms. Edwards holds a bachelor of arts degree in legal studies
from the University of Central Florida and is a graduate of the
American Bankers Association's National Compliance School.
In June, 2003, she earned the designation of Certified
Regulatory Compliance Manager from the Institute of Certified
Bankers, a division of the American Bankers Association.
Ms. Edwards' passion for excellence in regulatory compliance
has spurred the success of BCG, a company already sought
after by banks as well as other types of businesses.
Sonya Herrington,
Audit and Training Manager
Sonya Herrington joined BCG in December, 2004. Her strong
financial background includes compliance and operational
responsibilities in various banking areas. She also has
expertise in training design and delivery, especially in the
technological arena.
Ms. Herrington is a graduate of the ABA National Compliance
School.
In her association with BCG, Ms. Herrington will focus on
assisting banks with audits and on training bank personnel.
